This WMI error is almost common on medium-big environment....so, this solution, proposed by Lansweeper staff could help to fix this strange and annoying behaviour.

Run the Lansweeper Connection tester to verify the error.

Download the latest Connection tester from here.

Make sure you run it from the same machine as the Lansweeper Service, with the same credentials you use for scanning.
