Excel 2007-2010 have some special variables, usable in VBA code, to export specified (or used) range in several formats. Two common formats are TXT and HTML (to provide for reviewing, for example).

The following two [gs function]s will export a specified range to .txt or .html (this is only an example, you'll have to modify the range and the [gs output] sheet's name):

NOTE: these functions have to be inserted in a Module in VBE (Visual Basic Editor). Pay attention that these functions will save the report in the same path of the .xlsm document.
